Tomorrow is bright & Sunny

Sometimes in life things happen and you don't understand why?

You have to just stand up and be proud. Stand up for what you believe in. Don't allow other outside Sources to hurt those you love and are dear to you.

Also learn that sometimes it is better to not say anything then to say something at all,  sometimes silence speaks for itself. 

Frustration is another.. like a knot growing on my back.. One I can't get to.. It builds & builds sometimes it finds release.. but right now that knots still growing, aching hurting down my sphere.
